Road work in Hunter River
Road work will begin Wednesday, September 6, on Route 2 between Hunter River and Greenvale, PEI.
Construction starts near the main intersection of Hunter River, Route 2 and Route 13, and proceeds easterly along Route 2 for approximately 3.2 kilometres.
The surface of existing asphalt will be removed and new asphalt seal will be added.
Two-way one-lane stop-and-go traffic will be in effect.
Drivers are asked to obey signs and traffic control personnel, reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Delays can be expected.
