Road work on Route 2 in Tracadie Cross
Road work will begin Thursday, September 7, near the intersection of Route 2 and the Portage Road in the community of Tracadie Cross.
This work includes realigning 200 metres of the Portage Road and widening of Route 2 to allow for the installation of a Left Turn Lane on Route 2.
Two-way one-lane stop-and-go traffic will be in effect.
Drivers are asked to obey signs, reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Delays can be expected. Work is expected to be complete by October 6, 2023.
