Jenn is committed to making a difference in the lives of Islanders. Her career and community experiences have been guided by that drive. 

A graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island and Holland College, Jenn has served on the boards of groups like the Boys and Girl Club, the Holland College Early Learning Centre and Recreation PEI. Passionate about ringette, she has been a coach and volunteer with the Charlottetown and Area Ringette Association.

Jenn was elected as the MLA for District 5, Mermaid-Stratford, on April 3rd, 2023 and sworn-in as Minister of Workforce, Advanced Learning and Population. In October of 2024, she was also appointed Minister Responsible for the Status of Women.

Jenn, her husband Chad, their daughter Emma, and their puppy Milly live in Mermaid.
