55 Plus Winter Games
Two yearly events make up the 55 Plus Games. The winter games are held in February and the summer games are held in September.
Who is eligible?
If you are at least 55 years-old, you may register for as many events as your schedule permits.
What types of sports and games are played?
Regular winter games include curling, hockey, squash, swimming, badminton, Auction 45s, crokinole, 5 pin bowling, cross country skiing, cribbage, 8 ball pool, darts, duplicate bridge, spin cycling, skating and walking.
Summer games include golf, cribbage, cycling (predicted and time trial), walking, Auction 45s, road race (running), horseshoes, washer toss, crokinole, pickle ball, contract bridge, slo-pitch softball, nature walk, bocce and fishing.
Who organizes the 55 Plus Games?
The PEI 55+ Games Society is governed by a 15 member volunteer board of directors with representation from across PEI.
