Free Preserving Workshops
Sarah Forrestor Wendt is facilitating five preserving workshops this fall. Each workshop runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Each week, a different technique will be demonstrated. as follows:
- Oct 16 - tomato salsa using the water bath method
- Oct 30 - fridge/quick pickles
- Nov 6 - apple sauce (water bath method)
- Nov 20 - fermentation
- Dec 4 - freezing
Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.
