Free Preserving Workshops

Tuesday, October 16, 2018 - 6:00pm to Tuesday, December 4, 2018 - 6:00pm

Sarah Forrestor Wendt is facilitating five preserving workshops this fall.  Each workshop runs from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Each week, a different technique will be demonstrated. as follows:

  • Oct 16 - tomato salsa using the water bath method
  • Oct 30 - fridge/quick pickles
  • Nov 6 - apple sauce (water bath method)
  • Nov 20 - fermentation
  • Dec 4 - freezing

Spaces are limited to 12 people per session.
