Legal Clinic for Self-Represented Litigants

A clinic is available to offer advice to people who are going to court without a lawyer. Volunteer staff of local law firms will meet, one-on-one, with eligible participants for up to 45 minutes to discuss a case and provide assistance with courtroom procedures.

Only civil and family law cases will be eligible. Criminal trials are not included.

The clinic is intended only for people who are not already represented by a lawyer and who are pursuing court action on their own.

Sessions take place on Tuesday mornings by appointment only.
