About the program
Living Life to the Full is for individuals living with mild to moderate depression and anxiety. It offers interactive courses that will help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, and what to do about them.
The program is organized over eight weeks with sessions once per week for 90 minutes from October 16 to December 4, 2018, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Each session is moderated by a trained facilitator and includes a booklet, handouts, exercises and discussions.
