Triple P: Raising Teenagers for Bluefield family of schools
Parents and caregivers are invited to learn strategies to help manage the big and small problems of family life with teens. Sasha O’Hanley and another member of the Student Well-Being team are offering a series of Triple P workshops for parents and caregivers over the summer.
There is no cost to participate and the size of the discussion group is limited to 15 individuals. Please register in advance for one or more of the four sessions which will be held on Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, as follows:
- Thursday, July 18, 1:00 to 3:00 pm - Getting Teenagers to Cooperate
- Thursday, July 25: 1:00 to 3:00 pm - Coping with Teenagers’ Emotions
- Thursday, August 1: 1:00 to 3:00 pm - Building Teenagers’ Survival Skills
- Thursday, August 8, 1:00 to 3:00 pm - Reducing Family Conflict
