Projects Under Environmental Review (Undertakings)

All projects currently under environmental review in the province and any projects previously assessed for their environmental impact are available to the public. Search this database for a brief description of the project, its review status and other project details.

When a project does not meet the requirements of a full undertaking under the Environmental Protection Act it is screened out and typically reviewed by a smaller interdepartmental Technical Review Committee. Screened out projects are subject to all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as any commitments of the proponent regarding specific environmental protection measures.
