AIC Appeal Board

The Agricultural Insurance Corporation Appeal Board is an independent advisory committee that hears appeals and prepares written decisions concerning disputed crop insurance claims.

Applicants who are not satisfied with a claim decision by the corporation may appeal to this board.

Who serves on the appeal board?

Community members are appointed from among individuals who apply through Engage PEI.

The minister responsible is the Minister of Agriculture.
