Pumper's License

Who needs a Pumper's License?

Anyone who pumps septic tanks, or manages sludge or biosolids, must hold a Pumper's License. 

How do I obtain a Pumper's License?

Applicants can fill out and submit a Pumper's License Application Form to the Department.  

What is the fee?

$250 is the application fee.  HST is not applicable. Make cheques payable to the Minister of Finance.

A Pumper's License is valid for a 2-year term.

How long will it take to get a Pumper's License?

You should allow 2 to 4 weeks to process an application.
