Public Archives 2014 Almanac

The cover of the Public Archives 2014 AlmanacThe Public Archives 2014 Almanac and Miscellany Celebrating 1864: A Look at Prince Edward Island in the Year of the Charlottetown Conference was designed to celebrate Prince Edward Island and the historic Charlottetown Conference in 1864. Every month explores a different theme in Island life during the period. A list of "Remarkable Days" can be found at the beginning of each month, as well as photographs, maps, letters, diaries, newspaper clippings, and other records from the Public Archives' collection. Like the traditional almanacs that inspired the project, the Public Archives 2014 Almanac also includes blank pages to record thoughts and notes about 2014.

You can download the Public Archives 2014 Almanac  for free from this page in PDF format (PC, Mac, Playbook, etc.), ePub (Kobo, iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.), and AZW3 (Kindle) file formats are available for use on a variety of devices. Print copies of the Public Archives 2014 Almanac can also be borrowed through the Public Library Service and an ebook version is available through the Public Library's Overdrive ebook service.
