Seasonal Hiring Centre

Seasonal jobs exist in various departments and may include flaggers, park workers, general labourers, or forestry workers. Applications are accepted throughout the year to fill seasonal jobs with various departments.  The extra staff addresses peak workloads and are limited to 10-20 week durations.  

How do I obtain employment with the Seasonal Hiring Centre?

When an opportunity becomes available, the manager will contact the Seasonal Hiring office.  An electronic database of applicants is then searched based on geographical area, skill and job requirements.  It is important to provide as much information as possible on your application form to be sure all qualified applicants are considered for employment.

When is the deadline for applications?

There is no deadline for applications to be received.  Your application will be valid for one year after the date it is received at the Seasonal Hiring Centre.

Print and complete the Employment Develeopment Agency & PEI Government Seasonal Jobs Registry application form [1.1 Mb] and submit to the address below or complete the application online. The application is shared with another agency; however, if you wish to apply to both areas you only need to complete one application.
