Looking for User Support?
You can request solution changes or additional content (e.g., forms, Qnaires, encounter templates, etc.) by submitting an enhancement submission form. Screenshots and forms should be included as part of the request to assist in the evaluation.
Requests will be reviewed, assessed and prioritized by our Clinical Advisory Group. Following, the submitter will be notified of the approval status.
