Seasonal Agricultural Workers

A housing inspection by Environmental Health is required before a migrant or temporary worker application can be processed. Employers should consult Guidelines for the Housing of Seasonal Agricultural Workers. Aspects of accommodation covered are: structure, sleeping facilities, family housing, water supply, toilet facilities and sewage disposal, food, garbage control, maintenance, and safety. A Request for Inspection of Seasonal Agricultural Worker Accommodations  is provided for employer use.
