Mental Health Call-in Clinics

Mental Health Call-in Clinics

Mental health Call-in clinics offer immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress and other mental health issues.

In line with the current guidelines to stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we are converting our Mental Health Walk-in Clinics to Call-in clinics temporarily.

Will I need an appointment?

No appointment or referral is required. When you call a Call-in Clinic you will speak to a registered mental health therapist for 45-60 minutes. There is no cost for this service.

The Call-in clinic therapist may also refer you to Community Mental Health or to programs such as the Strongest Families Program, ICAN Adult Anxiety Program or to the Behavioural Support Team.
