Mental Health Walk-in Clinics

Mental health walk-in clinics offer immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress and other mental health issues.
Will I need an appointment?
No appointment or referral is required. You will be able to see a registered mental health therapist for 45-60 minutes. There is no cost for this service.
The walk-in clinic therapist may also refer you to Community Mental Health or to programs such as the Strongest Families Program or the ICAN Adult Anxiety Program.
