Mental Health Walk-in Clinics

Mental Health Walk-in Clinics
Mental Health Walk-in Clinics were temporarily converted to Call-in Clinics. Walk-in clinic services have resumed under appropriate social distancing guidelines. If you would prefer to call-in to assist with social distancing measures, please call a clinic at one of the below listed locations.

Mental health walk-in clinics offer immediate mental health support to help with anxiety, as well as life events causing stress and other mental health issues.

Will I need an appointment?

No appointment or referral is required. You will be able to see a registered mental health therapist for 45-60 minutes. There is no cost for this service.

The walk-in clinic therapist may also refer you to Community Mental Health or to programs such as the Strongest Families Program or the ICAN Adult Anxiety Program.

Where can I access a mental health walk-in clinic?

Call ahead before visiting a walk-in clinic as hours (listed below) may change without notice due to inclement weather.
