Moving Forward: Cancer Transition Program

Moving Forward is a Cancer Transition Program designed for patients with any type of cancer who have completed treatment.

Topics include:

  • Follow up care;
  • Healthy eating;
  • Physical activity;
  • Coping and adjustment; and
  • Survivorship and community resources.

Is there a fee?

There is no fee for the program. Sessions are usually three hours and are limited to 10 people per session. A healthy snack is also provided.
