Sexual Health After-Hours Clinics

Sexual health after-hours clinics are available to all individuals of all ages and offer sexually transmitted and blood-borne infection testing, including gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, syphilis, Hepatitis C, etc. HPV testing is also available if required.

Will I need an appointment?

No appointment or referral is required, but clinic dates and times are subject to change so please call ahead before attending.

At the clinic, you will be able to see a nurse practitioner or registered nurse for the STBBI testing.

Test results will take approximately one to two weeks, depending on the test.

Non-nominal testing is available. This means the test can be ordered using a code and not your name. However, if the test is positive, the result is reported to public health using your name (nominally). The test result (positive or negative) will also be recorded in your health record at the clinic.

Clinic locations:

Due to a recent increase in availability of sexually transmitted infection (STI) and blood-borne infection (BBI) testing appointments at The Mount and PCH, requests for STBBI testing will be scheduled during regular clinic hours. There are same day or next day appointments available for those at highest risk for STBBI infection.
