Volunteer with Health PEI
Volunteers help build strong communities
Volunteers complement the care provided by professional staff. Every day volunteers across Prince Edward Island contribute to the well-being and comfort of patients, clients and residents.
Why should I become a volunteer?
You can volunteer with Health PEI to:
- make a positive difference in someone’s life
- network/make connections with other volunteers and health care professionals
- obtain experience for future employment or educational plans
- build new skills and help strengthen the community
- learn more about the health care system
