Anger Management Program

This program is for adults and adolescents who are involved in the criminal justice system in which unhealthy anger has contributed directly or indirectly to their offences.  These individuals are referred by the courts, Probation Services, and Youth Justice Services, and community agencies.  The program is offered in both group or individual format. 

The program offers a hands on, practical approach and focuses on developing skills and personal coping strategies such as:

  • mood patterns
  • triggers
  • anger sequences
  • problem solving
  • refusal skills 
  • positive self-talk.   

Is there a fee for this program?

There is no fee.
