Vital Statistics Service Fees

Vital Statistics will process your request with a completed application, proper documentation and full payment.

The following payment options are accepted:

  • Cash and debit payments (in person only)
  • Money order or cheque payable to PEI Minister of Finance
  • Credit card with expiry date

Fees are subject to change. Additional fees are associated with rush requests.
