PEI PNP Approved Business Representatives
Are there any requirements to become an Approved Business Representative?
All Representatives must meet the following criteria before approval:
- The individual must be a registered Immigration Consultant with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC); or
- The individual is a member, or is a firm who has members, in good standing with a provincial law society; or
- The company or partnership registered with the Province of Prince Edward Island whereby one of the principal shareholders or partners is a member in good standing with a provincial law society or a qualified member of the CICC;
and the individual or company must open and maintain an office in PEI.
What forms do I need to fill out to become an Approved Business Representative?
Any Representative that meets the requirements listed above must complete the following form:
Completed B-19 forms can be emailed to PEI Office of Immigration for review: ImmigratePEI@gov.pe.ca. Once a decision has been made, you will be contacted by email and Approved Representatives will be listed on this page.
What representatives have been approved by the Office of Immigration?
While you are not required to use a Representative when preparing your file for any of our programs, if you do receive any assistance in the preparation of your file, it must be submitted through an approved Registered Representative.
