One Stop Government Service Centres
Access PEI is a one-stop location to access provincial government programs, services and information.
There are ten Access PEI sites across the province. Islanders can access a wide range of programs and services including paying property tax, obtaining a drivers license or purchasing a fishing license.

Access PEI locations that offer MyPEI in-person verification
MyPEI Account is a secure online platform that provides a single login to access select government services. It currently includes access to MyHealthPEI, with more services to be added over time. Designed to protect personal and health information, MyPEI uses a verification system that meets national standards, including multi-factor authentication and strong encryption.
The following four Access PEI locations offer in-person verification for MyPEI accounts. If possible, please create your Basic MyPEI Account before visiting a location.

To verify your account in-person, you’ll need two pieces of valid ID
- Primary ID: Must be one of the following:
- PEI Driver’s License
- Voluntary ID
- Secondary ID: Choose one from the following list:
- Birth Certificate
- Canadian Citizenship Card
- Permanent Resident Card
- Certificate of Indian Status
- Canadian Passport
- Nexus Card
- Official Immigration Document
You will also need:
- To be at least 16 years of age
- A mobile phone
- Access to your email
MyHealthPEI
Once you have a verified account you can add your PEI Health Card to get access to MyHealthPEI.
MyHealthPEI is a secure online service that provides eligible Island residents 16 years of age and older convenient, 24/7 access to components of their personal health information. Additionally, MyHealthPEI can be used as a tool to keep track of your health progress and personal health information.
