Drivers Licence Fees
Driver’s licence and registration fees are being reinstated on January 1, 2020. There will continue to be free vehicle registration for electric vehicles and half-price registration for hybrid vehicles.
Any driver who has a licence refunded after January 1, 2019 is not eligible for the free driver`s license with the five-year expiry until the expiry date of the refunded period of time.

Instruction permit - $20
Test for instruction permit - $20
Novice driver course - $100
Driver's handbook - $20
Test for driver's licence
classes 5 and 6 - $20
classes 3 and 4 - $40
classes 1 and 2 - $60
Driver's licence class update - $20
Duplicate driver's licence - $20
Abstract of driver record - $25
