Lost or Stolen Driver's License
If you lose your driver’s license, you can request a duplicate copy at Access PEI.
What is required to get a duplicate driver’s license?
- You must appear at Access PEI in person
- Complete the following two forms:
- Pay the fee for a duplicate driver license is $20.00.
