Islanders invited to addictions awareness events

Events this week will offer Islanders a chance to learn more about addiction prevention, treatment and recovery.

Prince Edward Island is joining the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) and addiction prevention, treatment and recovery organizations across the country to mark National Addictions Awareness Week November 13 to 18. Health PEI will host events where staff will be on hand to talk openly with Islanders about various forms of addiction as well as programs and support available to youth, adults, families, and caregivers.

The following events are open to the public:
