Islanders invited to Health PEI’s annual meeting
Whether in person or online, Islanders who attend Health PEI’s annual general meeting can give their input and participate in quality discussions about health care on Prince Edward Island.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 23, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Rodd Charlottetown. Islanders unable to attend in person can watch via live stream at www.healthpei.ca/annualmeeting.
“The annual general meeting is a unique opportunity for Health PEI to provide Islanders with an update on the progress of health care in the province,” said Health PEI Board Trustee Jim Revell. “We all have an important role to play in shaping the future of our health care system, which is why it is so important for us to engage directly with Islanders.”
The evening’s agenda will include presentations by the board trustee, Community Health Engagement Committee chairs, interim CEO, and a financial update. Islanders will be able to ask questions following the presentations.
