License suspended for Old Triangle Irish Ale House

The Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission has suspended the lounge liquor license, license number LL90228, for the premises known as “Old Triangle Irish Ale House” located in Charlottetown, for the following period of time, that is:


for a period of three (3) days commencing 9:00 a.m., Thursday, August 18, 2016 up to and including 9:00 a.m., Sunday, August 21, 2016.
 
The Commission was satisfied that a violation of the Liquor Control Act took place under the following section:
 
Section 40.(1)
No person shall knowingly sell, give or otherwise supply liquor to any person under the  age of nineteen years.  
   
This suspension does not affect the operation of the dining-room at Old Triangle Irish Ale House which may continue to observe its normal hours of operation during this period.
