Report of the Task Force on Land Use Policy

The purpose of the Task Force on land use was to carry out research and public consultation to develop detailed recommendations for land use policies and their implementation in a comprehensive land use planning framework.

This task force report is divided into three parts:

• Part 1 is an introduction and background.
• Part 2 proposes provincial land use policies, and
• Part 3 makes recommendations about how the policies should be implemented within a comprehensive land use planning framework.
