What will I find on the mental health website?

This interactive website offers free advice, inspiration, and assurance anytime you want it, from the comfort of your own space. It allows you to

  • Get clear, reliable information from an extensive list of topics related to mental health, wellness and substance use;
  • Participate in interactive wellness games and programs or join an online group with others who share a similar experience;
  • Confidentially share your thoughts, creativity and worries and view what others have shared; and
  • Search a directory of mental health services available in your own community if you feel you need additional support.

People with lived experiences worked together to design this innovative e-health resource. Bridge the gapp for Youth offers mental health and addictions information specifically for ages 13-18. Bridge the gapp for Adults contains content more suitable for people over age 18.
