Drinking Water Quality Summary Results

You can use this online application to get detailed information about the quality of drinking water in Island communities and watersheds. The application provides a summary of the on-going testing of drinking water done by the Prince Edward Island Analytical Laboratories. Users can search using one of the following:

  • a community;
  • a watershed;
  • an address at a radius of 1 km, 5 km, or 10 km from an address; or
  • a property identification number (PID).

Which parameters are included?

The summary results will show values for the following parameters: alkalinity, cadmium, calcium, chloride, chromium, iron, magnesium, manganese, nickel, nitrate, pH, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and sulfate.  

How do I access the data?

You can search the drinking water quality summary data through the online application. You can also access drinking water quality summary data through the province's open data portal.
