Register for GeoLinc Plus - Tax and Property Information
GeoLinc Plus is an online system that provides access to assessment, tax, registry, and property mapping information for any parcel of land in Prince Edward Island via the Internet.
To use GeoLinc Plus, you must first register for an account.
What kind of information can I access on GeoLinc Plus?
Use GeoLinc Plus to find information on Prince Edward Island land such as:
- name of property owner
- parcel numbers
- neighbouring properties
- lease codes
- current annual property charges
- current property assessment
- aerial photos
- civic address maps
- emergency services maps, and
- street names within a municipality
How do I register for GeoLinc Plus?
Fill out the online registration form using the registration button at the bottom of this page and pay with a credit card for an account. You can also fill out the PDF registration form and send it, with the registration payment, to the Taxation and Property Records Division.
If you apply online, your account is created automatically. You can go to the GeoLinc site and reset your password using the “Forgot your password?” links on any of the services pages. You will be emailed a link to login and change your password. Check your junk folder if the email does not go into your inbox. When you login, your username will be your email address.
If you apply by using the PDF registration form, you will be emailed instructions to complete your account setup by creating a password, using the “Forgot your password?” links.
What is the fee for an account?
A minimum 30-day subscription of $18.00 including HST is required to create a GeoLinc Plus account. You can choose to subscribe for up to 12 months. You can use the online registration form to renew your subscription instantly with a credit card.
You can also fill out the Payment Remittance Form and send payment to the Taxation and Property Records Division. Payments may be made by cheque payable to the Minister of Finance, and can be dropped off at the south entrance of the Shaw Building on 95 Rochford Street in Charlottetown, or mailed to:

How do I find out if I have an active GeoLinc Plus account and still have a balance?
If you had an active account with a balance prior to November 1, 2022, the balance will be automatically converted into the appropriate amount of subscription months on the new GeoLinc Plus. Your email address will be your new username and you will have to reset your password using the "Forgot your password?" link.

My GeoLinc Plus account is inactive. How do I activate it?
If your account is inactive, you must register for a new account.
How do I get a refund of my remaining balance if I no longer want my GeoLinc Plus account?
If your account was not migrated to the new GeoLinc Plus and/or you would like a refund of the balance on the account, you must first contact the Taxation and Property Records Division to terminate your account, then you may request a refund by filling out the Refund Request Form and Payee Registration Form and drop them off at their office or mail to them. It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for your refund to be processed and paid. All payments will be made electronically – please ensure that the Payee Registration Form is completed correctly, as an incomplete form will delay processing.
How is information on the GeoLinc Plus system communicated to the group of users?
A notice will be posted on the home page of the GeoLinc Plus website when information (e.g. upgrades, systems requirements, enhancement, etc.) needs to be communicated to the user group.
