Renew Your Tourism Establishment Licence and Services

If you are registering your tourist establishment with the same services package as the previous year, you can click the blue button below to renew your service and licence for the upcoming season.

What do I need to complete this online form?

To complete this form, you will need to provide your:

  • contact name and information;
  • civic address of property;
  • customer number as found on the bottom right corner of your invoice.

Your invoice has been issued based on your licence and service package from the previous year. As long as you are keeping the same package, you can choose from the following methods of payment:

  • online payment to TOURISM PEI through your bank account;
  • credit card payment by phone (902) 368 5877;
  • cheque payable to Tourism PEI P.O. Box 2000 Charlottetown PE C1A 7N8;
  • direct payment in person at Access PEI or Tourism PEI at 105 Rochford Street.​

Payment is due September 1, annually.

I have made changes to my establishment in the past year. How do I adjust my licence and services?

If you have changes to your facility i.e. increased the number of rooms, or want to adjust your services package, complete a new order registration request and submit it to Tourism PEI.

How long will it take to process my renewal?

Please allow two to four weeks after September 1st for processing.
