Virtual Care Patient Survey
All Islanders, who are 18 years of age and older, are invited to complete this survey.
The survey will help Health PEI understand more about your use of virtual care services in PEI and what you think is working or not working with virtual care. The survey is voluntary and your responses are anonymous.
How long will the survey take to complete?
The survey will take about 5-7 minutes to complete.
Note: If someone is helping you complete this survey, all the answers must be about you, and not about the person helping you.
How will input be used?
Information gathered from the survey will be used to help improve virtual care services and supports. A summary of findings will be shared on the PEI government website later this year.
