The City of Charlottetown is undertaking a multi-year year project to install new lighting standards on the Confederation Trail from the Joseph A. Ghiz Park to the Perimeter Bypass Highway. For this fiscal year Phase 2 of this project will be undertaken which extends the existing trail lighting from Allen Street to Belvedere Avenue.
