The Town of Stratford is soliciting architectural and engineering services for preparation of construction plans and specifications and to provide contract administration for a new Dry Storage Building located at 21 Hollis Avenue. The building will be a 2400 square foot “pole barn”, consisting of a steel frame superstructure supported by cast-in-place concrete piers.
