Stratford Emergency Services Facility
Sealed tenders for the construction of the new Stratford Emergency Services Facility located near the intersection of Mason Rd, Stratford Rd, and the Trans-Canada Highway, in Stratford, PEI are being accepted. The project is generally described as: the construction of a new 27,250 square foot, two-story civic building to house the Cross Roads Community Rural Fire Company (CRCRFC), Island EMS and the local RCMP detachment (fit-up of RCMP space not included), with attached multi-bay garages for the storage and maintenance of emergency services vehicles.
Tender documents will be made available after 2:00 pm AST on Tuesday, July 17th and can be obtained at the office of SableARC Studios Inc., 49 Water St. (2nd Level), Charlottetown PE. Contractors are encouraged to call ahead to secure a set. Shortly thereafter, they shall also be forwarded to the Construction Association of PEI for viewing. Sealed bids will be received at the Office of SableARC Studios Inc., 49 Water St. (2nd Level), Charlottetown PE, until 2:00 pm local time on July 31, 2018. This request for tenders does not imply that the lowest priced tender submitted will be accepted. The Town/CRCRFC reserves the right to accept the tender deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Stratford.
