The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation systems for Islanders, visitors, and the movement of goods. We also plan, build, and maintain public infrastructure across the province.
Some of the department’s key priorities include:
- Renewing public infrastructure by developing long-term plans and working with all levels of government to deliver them.
- Improving front-line services for Islanders through Access PEI locations across the province.
