Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

This RFP is for the provision of whole body, 1.5 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging System(s) (MRI), software/applications, coils, applications training, service, parts, for QEH. The purchase will be for one (1) system and will be a design & renovation solution. During the installation phase the proposal must include a temporary solution to ensure no loss of services to PEI residents that would be compatible with Health PEI’s existing system.

The offer should comprise delivery, installation, removal of old equipment, official release and safety acceptance until handing over the functional system including the accessories necessary for operation to the user.

Proponents must provide pricing for this RFP on a turnkey basis for the MRI unit.

The successful proponent will be responsible for dismantling, removal and disposal of the currently installed unit, at a mutually agreeable date. Any trade-in value must be noted in the submission.
