Health PEI recently completed a Master Program Vision of Mental Health & Addictions Services in Prince Edward Island. Health PEI seeks to engage the services of a consultant team to prepare operational plans and functional programs for components of the provincial Mental Health & Addictions system as specified in section D.1 of this document, and to develop a Master Plan for the Hillsborough site, identifying phased capital development. The objective is to create a campus of facilities and associated programs and services to serve the Mental Health & Addictions needs of all Islanders.
