Rocky Point Wharf Demolition and Stabilization 2020

The work includes but is not necessarily limited to:
Demolitions and/or removals as detailed on the drawings and installation of an armour rock cap to
the inner structure as detailed, as well as removals only on the outer Y-pier structure (no rock
cap). The work will require visible remnants of the work to be removed to indicated lines, grades
and limits. Such removals will include timber piling (extracted whole or trimmed to 300mm below
existing grades as necessary); various dimension timbers; steel tie-rods, straps or other
fastenings; timber sheathing and pile-fillers (extracted whole or trimmed to 300mm below existing
grades); existing exposed cribwork timbers.
Work also includes the execution of as-built survey(s) and submission of as-built drawings as
detailed in Section 31 37 00. and all other work necessary to complete the Contract.
