How do I use this page?

You can use it based on species that interest you or by the types of site conditions where you plan to plant. 

Option A by Species: 

• Type the common or botanical name of the tree or shrub species that interests in the applicable space provided at the top of the page 
• Do not check any of the site conditions boxes
• Hit Enter 
• At the bottom of the page you will find information on the site conditions best suited to each species

Option B by Site Conditions:

• Skip the species name boxes
• Check the applicable boxes for the proposed planting site
• Hit Enter
• At the bottom of the page you will find information on the species best suited to those conditions
