What type of training programs are offered in PEI?
Post-secondary training partners in PEI offer degree-granting, competency-based and French-language programs related to current local business and industry and in response to the provincial economic strategy. Programs include:
- Undergraduate degree programs in sustainable design engineering, mathematical and computational science, business administration, arts, nursing, and sciences;
- Preparatory courses in medicine, law, dentistry and architecture;
- Graduate degrees in education and veterinary medicine, including research and specialization in aquaculture and veterinary medicine;
- Competency-based programs such as aircraft maintenance, gas turbine engine repair and overhaul, call centre and customer service excellence, welding fabrication, marine engineering, computer information systems and bioscience technology.
