You can contact TELUS for implementation and ongoing support by using CHR Intercom. For Non-EMR issues, you can contact ITSS Service Desk if a HPEI facility, or facility management or IT Support in the case of private facilities.

 

User Access Request Forms

EMR New User Access Request Form: complete this form to add new users to the system or to change existing user roles or permissions. Submit through EMRSupport@gov.pe.ca.
EMR Change User Access Request Form: complete this form to change existing user roles or permissions. Submit through EMRSupport@gov.pe.ca.

CHR Enhancement Submission Form

You can request solution changes or additional content (e.g., forms, Qnaires, encounter templates, etc.) by submitting an enhancement submission form. Screenshots and forms should be included as part of the request to assist in the evaluation.  

Requests will be reviewed, assessed and prioritized by our Clinical Advisory Group. Following, the submitter will be notified of the approval status.
