Chainsaw Safety Course

The next chainsaw safety course will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 in Charlottetown.
Additional dates will be provided at a later date.
Islanders interested in participating in a chainsaw safety course can contact Forest, Fish and Wildlife.
Free, one-day, informational seminars will cover the safe operation of this equipment, personal protective equipment, chainsaw inspection and maintenance, and bucking and limbing. Please note that this session is theory-based. There is no in-field training.
Course dates and locations will be scheduled based on demand.
