Notes:

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure request proposals covering the provision of Prime Consultant Services required for the design and related services for the Community Health Centre, Summerside, PEI.

Proposals will be received at the Security Desk at the main entrance of the Jones Building, 11 Kent Street, Charlottetown, PE C1A 7N8 prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Proposals are to be clearly marked to indicate: “Community Health Centre, Summerside”.

Any and all addenda will be posted on-line. It will be the responsibility of the interested proponents to access this website regularly to verify status of issued addenda.
