This guide includes the minimum requirements for the construction of landings and ramps as per the National Building Code and Standards for Barrier Free Design.
In order to qualify for funding through provincial housing programs such as the Seniors Safe @ Home and PEI Home Renovation Programs all landings and ramps must be built to the minimum requirements shown in these documents.
