How to claim your COVID-19 Wage Rebate for Impacted Industries

Innovation PEI must receive the request for payment not later than April 25, 2022.

NOTE: All wages must be paid prior to submitting your request for payment.

Before submitting a request for payment, please ensure you have:  

  • An electronic copy of your processed payroll detail report for the period of January 19-30, 2022 for the employee(s) being claimed;
  • Electronic copy of a void cheque listing the business’s banking information;  
  • A downloaded and completed Employee Summary Wage Form found at the bottom of this page; and
  • All supporting documents are saved to your computer.

Make your claim

Step 1:

Download, complete and save the Employee Summary Wage Form Spreadsheet.

Step 2:

Address an email to the contact person identified in your notification letter.  Attach the following: 

  • Employee Summary Wage Form Spreadsheet;
  • Electronic copy of your processed payroll detail report; and
  • Electronic copy of a void cheque listing the business’s banking information.

Reminder

  • Have all requested documents saved on your computer. 
  • If using a cell phone, please ensure images are clear and legible. IPEI staff must be able to verify the information.
