The 13th Annual Making the Connection Conference – Innovation in Older Adult Care is Thursday, October 17 and Friday October 18, 2019 at the Loyalist Lakeview Resort in Summerside PEI. What is the registration fee?
The conference registration fee includes daily lunch and nutrition breaks. There will be a buffet dinner and entertainment on Thursday evening October 17, 2019 for an additional cost of $50. Your dinner guest is also welcome for another additional $50.

Please note: Refunds are not offered for a cancellation after September 27th although substitutions are welcome.
